Hidden dragon. Do not act.
Commentary
The dragon lies hidden—do not act. Your creative force is real but the time is not ripe. Like seeds underground in winter, the energy is present but must not yet manifest. Bide your time in calm strength; attempting to force what isn't ready wastes power you'll need later.
